Ordering Guidelines

The best way to insure early delivery is to call your order in the day before. Even leaving your order on our voice mail system allows us to route your order for an earlier delivery.

Bulk Produce: Much of the product listed is carried in our regular inventory. Items followed with "special" should be ordered before 11:00 am the prior day for next day delivery. Seasonal items are ordered according to availability, check with a sales representative for more information.

Processed Produce: We carry many different lines of processed items. Discuss with your sales representative the brand and cut that will best fit your needs.

Dairy/Cheese/Milk: Most items carried in regular inventory. Special order items require 48 hours notice.

Fresh Soups & Salads: Ordered weekly. Please have orders placed before Thursday for delivery on or after the following Wednesday. Items carried in inventory daily are mustard potato salad, coleslaw, pasta salad, and shell macaroni salad.

Dressings/Sauces/Misc: Availability is limited to certain items. All products listed is obtainable given 48 hours notice. Please check with the office or your sales representative for ordering procedures.

Frozen/Ice Cream: Please check with your sales representative for ordering procedures.

Italian Specialty Items: This product is ordered weekly. Orders should be placed before 11:00 am on Monday for delivery on or after Thursday.
