Central Illinois Produce and its affiliates are proud to be inspected by independent third party auditing firms. From past inspections from Silliker Laboratories to our current third party firms NSF-Cook & Thurber and Primus Labs, the Central Illinois Produce group of warehouses has continued to excel in all phases of our audits.

Central Illinois Produce has welcomed inspection teams from Darden, Denny's, Monicals Pizza, and Panda Express just to name a few. All four warehouses of our company are third-party inspected. Our food safety and quality assurance systems have scored among the best in the nation.
